new chalk couture transfer not sticky

A couple weeks ago I was preparing for an upcoming market. I always like to take a few finished pieces with me so everyone can see how beautiful our products are. So I was creating a noodle board because they are a fairly popular piece around here. I had all my stuff together but as soon as I started I noticed that my new Chalk Couture transfer not sticky at all.

I know Chalk Couture offers a very high quality product so one, I was surprised it was not sticky at all and two, I knew there would be a way to easily remedy my situation. So I went on a hunt to find out what others have found works for them.

Of course, the first tip I found when a transfer had lost its stickiness is to give it a good wipe with a disinfectant wipe. This seems to wash all the “fuzzing” off the back of a used transfer and breathe new sticky life into it so you can continue to reuse the transfer.

However, I had not even had a chance to use this transfer yet so although a disinfectant wipe may have helped I was looking for a specific solution to this problem. I like to have good answers for my customers and team when they run in to something like this.

After some digging I came across better solution to your new Chalk Couture transfer not sticky anymore. Let me share this quick easy solution with you. Because nothing is worse then being all ready to craft and having something not working the way you want or need it to.
